Dedicated Support Worker for Complex Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support worker to join our team in Chippenham, Wiltshire. Our client, a young woman in her mid-twenties, requires 2:1 support during the day and 1:1 support at night. She is a very active and fun-loving individual who enjoys various activities throughout the week.
The successful candidate will be part of a team delivering 24/7 care, including waking days and sleeping nights. We aim to produce a rolling rota so you can see your shifts a month in advance. A full UK driver's license with access to a vehicle is required.
Job Responsibilities:
* Engage with personalized routines
* Complete daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility
* Administer medication and monitor health conditions
* Provide emotional support and companionship
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care
* Ability to deal with challenging behaviors
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work the specified hours
