Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Support Specialist - Office Operations will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the day-to-day office activities in order to successfully deliver contractual requirements.
This role involves managing the office inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner, and liaising with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating visits, booking meetings, and managing stationery requirements.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or office coordinator role and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be proficient in using office-based IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Guidant Global and take advantage of our company benefits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage office inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Liaise with leaseholders, subcontractors, and partners
- Book meetings and coordinate visits
- Manage stationery requirements and printer consumables
- Coordinate VIP visits and events
- Support change activities between Airbus and leaseholders
- Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office coordinator role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office-based IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
