We are seeking a skilled HR Support Specialist to join our People & Culture team at Good Energy Group. This exciting opportunity will enable you to play a key role in supporting our Supply and Services businesses across HR, Rewards, and Benefits.

As an HR Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional HR service, providing prompt and proactive assistance to colleagues on a wide range of topics, from general HR queries to employee relations support. You will also manage HR and benefits queries, oversee HR & benefits administration, and keep policies and processes up-to-date.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience or knowledge in an HR department is essential, as well as strong written and spoken communication skills. Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to changing requirements and identify opportunities for improvement is also required.

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Great allowances for hybrid working, including £500 work from home allowance, £500 travel allowance, and £500 annual development allowance, are also offered.

In addition to the salary and allowances, we offer 8% annual bonus, 25 days annual leave, a day off for your birthday, additional days leave for long service, plus bank holidays. You'll also have the option to buy additional leave, allowing for a better work-life balance. Ethical Pension with Aviva is also provided, with employer-matched contributions up to 7.5% of your base salary.
