We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Production Planning Specialist to join our team at Meridian Business Support.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires direct responsibility for short and long-term factory planning and scheduling in assigned areas of the manufacturing process. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain effective production plans that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate production schedules, including replenishment, detail scheduling, and material planning
  • Plan and execute subcontracting supply flows to ensure timely delivery of components and raw materials
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and optimize processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills in SAP and experience in production planning and scheduling
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
