About the Role
The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our administration team as an Administration Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in business administration and develop skills in all Microsoft office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential online filing systems and data input for all records generated within the trust, compliant with legislation and data protection policy.
- Organise and book meetings, create agendas, and support the distribution of meeting papers under the supervision of the administration team.
- Undertake scanning, photocopying, shredding, and general office duties to ensure the smooth running of the ambulance service.
- Work with the County Business Manager to identify and develop own learning needs, participate, and support personal development.
