Job Overview

The Kirklees Council is seeking dedicated Social Workers to join their team in the All Age Disability Service. The role involves working collaboratively with professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless service delivery.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to adults and children with disabilities. This includes multi-disciplinary working, knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and SEND regulations.

The successful candidate will have experience in working with Adults and/or Children with disabilities, including knowledge of Personalisation and delivering high-quality services. Key Requirements:
  • A recognised Social Work Qualification and registration with the SWE.
  • A full and valid driving license, with use of a council vehicle or own car expected.

We provide exceptional levels of support, from comprehensive induction to continuous personal and professional development. Our salary for this role is £45,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
