Job Overview
As a Qualified Social Worker at Entrust Social Care Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting looked after children and young people in Flintshire. Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, which reflects the skills and experience required for this position.

About the Role
You will work closely with our dedicated team to provide support to looked after children and young people. Your key responsibilities will include providing guidance and support to help them navigate the challenges they face, as well as working with private proceedings and Local Authority care applications. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a DipSW or equivalent qualification, be registered with the HCPC, hold a current DBS, and have a valid driving license. In addition, you should have extensive experience working in a Looked After Children team and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
