About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assessment and Care Programme Supervisor to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. The successful candidate will have a DipSW or equivalent qualification, HCPC registration, current DBS, and a car driver's license.

Job Description:
  • Assess the needs of vulnerable adults and develop effective care plans.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of social workers and other care professionals.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services that meet the needs of service users.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including assessment documentation and care plan reviews.
