Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Support Manager for Adults with Learning Disabilities. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our service users.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in social care, with a strong understanding of health and safety legislation. You will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to our staff members. A full clean driving license is also required for this role, as you may be required to travel for meetings and training.
