We are seeking an experienced Adult Support Service Coordinator to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Service Manager: Ensure a safe service environment for individuals we support and colleagues.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold legislation, Cartrefi Cymru Co policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Deliver Person-Centred Support: Develop and promote effective delivery of person-centred, outcomes-focused support to service users.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Supporting adults with learning disabilities in social care settings.
  • Qualifications: QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Driving License: Possession of a full clean driving license.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £42,500 per year
