We seek a Youth Support Specialist to join our team as we expand across the country.
Job Description- Providing one-to-one support and assistance to children and young people in their daily lives
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals involved in their care
The successful candidate will play a vital part in our growing company, supporting vulnerable children and young people in need of care and protection.
Requirements- Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and empathetic towards vulnerable children and young people
- A competitive salary of £27,500 per annum
