Vulnerable Youth Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at Support Ethics Ltd, a leading healthcare agency in the UK.

As a Vulnerable Youth Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and care to children with complex needs, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

About the Role:
  • Providing one-to-one support to children with complex needs, assisting with daily routines and promoting their independence.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to each child's unique needs and goals, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and professionals to provide comprehensive support and care to vulnerable children.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field, such as social work or child development.
  • Experience working with children with complex needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of mutual respect and support.
