About the Role

This role involves delivering care that is truly person-centred, including personal care and support, companionship, live-in care, promoting independence, medication support, specialist clinical care, and palliative and end-of-life care. As a Community Care Worker, you will be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of your practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
  • The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
