Service Excellence Lead
We are committed to delivering exceptional services that meet the unique needs of each individual. As a Service Excellence Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Service Manager: Work closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional services.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Supporting adults with learning disabilities in social care settings.
  • Qualifications: QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Driving License: Possession of a full clean driving license.

Estimated Salary: £42,500 - £50,000 per year
