About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to take on the challenge of leading our Audiology Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audiology, with experience in clinical and professional leadership roles. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the team
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Managing the operational aspects of the service, including budgeting and resource allocation

The salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
