Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Care and Support Services Lead to join our team at Cartrefi Cymru Co. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities.

In this dynamic and challenging position, you will work closely with our Service Managers to develop and implement person-centred support plans that meet the unique needs of each service user. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing and developing a talented team of support workers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Your expertise in health and safety management will be vital in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, while your passion for supporting people to live enriched lives will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A QCF Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities in a social care setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The salary for this role is approximately £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including annual leave, flexible shift patterns, and opportunities for professional development.
