Job Title: Support Manager for Adults

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Job Overview: We are committed to providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities. Our team works closely with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to develop personalized plans that cater to their unique needs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Work alongside the Service Manager to ensure a safe and supportive environment for service users and colleagues.
  • • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that align with legislative requirements and organizational standards.
  • • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for growth and development, and implement strategies to address these needs.
  • • Foster strong relationships with service users, their families, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care, experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality support services. Additionally, you must be willing to work flexible hours, including shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights as required.
