Key Responsibilities

As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support within the Patient Services Department.
  • Managing waiting lists and booking appointments for clinics.
  • Preparation of reports, forms, and documents to high quality standards.
  • Collating and analyzing data to inform decision-making.

Additionally, you will be required to:

  • Undertake audio typing for specialist clinics and consultants.
  • Offer a range of clerical and secretarial services as directed.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
