About the Role

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team at Brecon War Memorial Hospital. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our Patient Services Department.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing waiting lists and booking appointments for clinics.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Preparing reports, forms, and documents to high quality standards.
  • Collating and analyzing data to inform decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A knowledge of WPAS and previous audio typing experience is desirable.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
