About the Role

At Landmarc Solutions, we provide support services to the Defence Training Estate in the UK. As a Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our facilities management business by providing exceptional support services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate records for technical services
  • Coordinating and uploading reports to AMS / Maximo
  • Data capture and input
  • Work orders processing
  • Auditing records
  • Note-taking during meetings and production of minutes as required

Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with excellent office and administration skills, proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software. You must also possess good numeracy and literacy skills, be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrate a proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards.
