We are currently recruiting for an Estates Department Assistant to join our busy team at the NHS. As an Estates Department Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department.

About the Team

The Estates Department is responsible for providing administrative support to the various teams within the NHS. We are a close-knit team who value excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also assist with event planning, tracking policies and terms of reference, and monitoring team inboxes.

As an Estates Department Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your administrative skills and contribute to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting coordination and minute-taking
  • Event planning and tracking policies
  • Monitoring team inboxes and responding to queries
  • Order processing and invoice management on Oracle

Estimated salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.
