Main Responsibilities
  • Drafting agendas and taking minutes for meetings
  • Providing support for tracking compliance using Excel and Word
  • Organising events, processing orders and invoices, and managing policies
  • Dealing with daily visitors and arranging staff training
  • Covering for Helpdesk support, logging and prioritising requests
