Food Services Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bank Chef to join our team at Trenewydd, part of Shaw healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality fresh, home-cooked food to our residents and staff.
As a Bank Chef, you will work closely with our Home Manager, Nutritional Therapist, and catering team to ensure that every meal is a delight. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving meals: You will prepare and serve meals for residents and staff in a timely manner, taking into account dietary needs and cultural preferences.
- Catering for special occasions: You will cater for celebrations and other events in our Home, ensuring that every occasion is memorable and enjoyable.
- Managing the kitchen: You will maintain accurate catering records, adhere to HACCP guidelines, and participate in inspections by Environmental Health and/or care regulators.
