About the Role:
  • Providing one-to-one support to children with complex needs, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assisting with daily routines, including personal care and education, to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to each child's unique needs and goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to ensure seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field, such as social work or child development.
  • Experience working with children with complex needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of mutual respect and support.
