About the Job:
SUPPORT ETHICS LTD is recruiting a Childrens Support Worker to provide top-notch care and support to young people with complex needs and disabilities in a residential setting.
This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services, while also ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering individualized care and support tailored to each client's needs
- Contributing to multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
- Engaging in regular training and professional development
- Complying with policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment
Requirements:
- Current Enhanced DBS registration on the update service
- Proven experience in children's residential care
- Up-to-date restraint training
- UK driving license (desirable)
- Minimum age: 22 years old
