- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the fabrication or manufacturing industry.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the fabrication and subassembly processes in industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
