Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote services and establish industry presence.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work with the senior management team to provide effective leadership in all interpersonal transactions, internally and with customers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality, and finance, to ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the fabrication or manufacturing industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the fabrication and subassembly processes in industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
