Nurse Deputy Home Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our team at a state-of-the-art care home in the Bourne, Lincolnshire area. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the changing needs of our residents
  • Lead a team of staff to provide exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines
  • Manage the administration of medicines and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Previous experience in a care home setting, preferably in a Deputy Manager role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others
