Nurse Deputy Home Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our team at a state-of-the-art care home in the Bourne, Lincolnshire area. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and meet the changing needs of our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop, review, and update care plans to reflect individual needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with visitors, including family, friends, and external stakeholders.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
  • Ensure the safe administration of medicines to our residents.
  • Lead and motivate the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain the skill and knowledge levels of the care team.
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Previous experience in older people's care, although not essential.
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
  • Excellent organisation and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexible, professional, and committed to excellence.
