To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care by continually assessing residents' needs and wishes.
  • Develop, review, and update care plans to meet changing physical, social, and psychological needs.
  • Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors, including family, friends, and external stakeholders.
  • Comply with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
  • Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored, and administered to residents.
  • Promote high standards of nursing care by supervising staff and ensuring smooth, efficient shift operations.
  • Ensure the team's skill and knowledge levels meet the changing needs of the business.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in older people's care is desirable but not essential.
