Nurse Deputy Home Manager Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. You will be working in a purpose-built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care.

- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care by continually assessing our residents' needs and wishes
- Developing, reviewing, and updating care plans to meet our clients' changing physical, social, and psychological needs
- Communicating professionally and warmly with visitors, including family, friends, and other external stakeholders
- Complying with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines
- Ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored, and administered to our clients
- Promoting high standards of nursing care for you and your team, by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner
- Ensuring that the team's skill and knowledge levels are able to meet the changing needs of the business
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous older people's care experience, although not essential
- Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
- Passion for delivering outstanding care to older people
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to being the best
- Quality-driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services
The successful Deputy Manager will receive a competitive salary of £24.00 per hour and the annual salary is £49,920 per annum.
