New Job Opportunity for Deputy Home Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our care home team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of our residents and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, social, and psychological needs.
  • Supervise and support the care team to ensure that care is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practice guidelines.
  • Manage the administration of medication to residents in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of the care home team and ensure that staff are equipped to provide the best possible care.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Previous experience in a care home setting, preferably as a Deputy Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality care and improving the experience of our residents.
