Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Nurse Deputy Home Manager

An exciting new role has become available for a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Home Manager in a purpose-built care home in the Bourne, Lincolnshire area.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to older people. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care by assessing residents' needs and developing, reviewing, and updating care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of quality care by continually assessing residents' needs and wishes.
  • Develop, review, and update care plans to meet residents' changing physical, social, and psychological needs.
  • Comply with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
  • Promote high standards of nursing care by supervising staff and ensuring smooth and efficient shift management.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
  • Flexible, professional, and committed to being the best.
  • Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services.

We offer a competitive salary of £24.00 per hour, with an annual salary of £49,920. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours a week on days.
