## Job Title: Nurse Deputy Home Manager

## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of quality care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include assessing residents' needs, developing and reviewing care plans, and communicating effectively with visitors.

## Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the delivery of quality care by continually assessing residents' needs and wishes
* Develop, review, and update care plans to meet residents' changing physical, social, and psychological needs
* Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors, including family, friends, and other external stakeholders
* Comply with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines
* Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored, and administered to residents
* Promote high standards of nursing care by supervising staff and ensuring smooth shift operations
* Ensure the team's skill and knowledge levels meet the changing needs of the business

## Preferred Skills and Experience

* Previous older people's care experience is desirable but not essential
* Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
* Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
* Excellent organization and leadership skills
* Effective communication skills
* Flexible, professional, and committed to being the best
* Quality-driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services

## What We Offer

* An excellent salary of £24.00 per hour and an annual salary of £49,920
