About the RoleAs a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet their changing needs.
You will be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin, and have a passion for delivering outstanding care to older people. You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and supervise a team of staff to ensure the smooth running of the shift.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the delivery of quality care to residents, assessing their needs and developing care plans to meet their changing physical, social, and psychological needs.
- Develop, review, and update care plans to ensure they are aligned with the needs of our residents.
- Comply with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
- Promote high standards of nursing care, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner.
