Nurse Deputy Home Manager Job Opportunity

An exciting role has become available for a skilled Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join a reputable care home in the Lincolnshire area. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular assessments to identify residents' needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
  • Implement and maintain high standards of care, adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in care management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
