Careers4a - Jobboard is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our team in an exceptional care home based in the Bourne, Lincolnshire area. This is a purpose-built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality care by continually assessing our residents' needs and wishes. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing, reviewing, and updating care plans to meet our clients' changing physical, social, and psychological needs
* Complying with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines
* Promoting high standards of nursing care for you and your team, by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth efficient manner
* Previous older people's care experience is desirable but not essential
* Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
* Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
* Flexible, professional, and committed to being the best
* Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £24.00 per hour and the annual salary is £49,920 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours a week on days.
