Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR System Specialist to develop, support and maintain all HR systems at HC-One. This includes integrating with other HR systems, delivering first-class Colleague experiences using technology, and ensuring data integrity and security. The successful candidate will have a solid knowledge of HR systems, a proven track record in delivering excellent Colleague experiences, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and deliver digital HR tools to enhance the HR function and Colleague experience.
  • Administer, configure, maintain and govern the HR system, including employee records, case management and benefits.
  • Optimise HR systems through continuous evaluation, identifying opportunities for improvement, efficiency and enhancement of the Colleague experience.
  • Monitor all system capability, including implementation of system upgrades and updates.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data.
  • Lead on system support and training, ensuring new starters and managers understand how the system works.
  • Ensure full integration and reporting through collaboration with our DDAT function.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting of metrics agreed by the business to enable decision making across HC-One.
  • Provide supportive and clear guidance and advice for colleagues and managers on our HR systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR compliance and regulations, ensuring our systems align with legal and industry standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR, People or Systems role.
  • Experience working with HR data sets and excellent knowledge of HR systems.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good working relationships with stakeholders and third-party providers.
  • Strong forward planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks effectively.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
