Darlington, Darlington, United Kingdom Nationwide Building Society Full time

At Nationwide Building Society, we're looking for a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. We're committed to delivering a fairer, more rewarding, and socially responsible banking experience for our customers. Our Customer First behaviours are all about putting customers at the heart of how we work together. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering these behaviours and making a positive impact on our customers' lives.

As a Nationwide employee, you'll have access to training and development opportunities, including the chance to increase your salary by £500 after 12 months in the role when you can evidence competence in specified core activities and skills. You'll also be part of a high-performing, purpose-driven organisation that offers a highly competitive range of benefits to match.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing exceptional customer service across various channels, including online and via phone.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of our products and services to educate customers and provide tailored solutions.

Our unique culture is built around our Purpose - Banking but fairer, more rewarding, and for the good of society. We believe that everyone in the UK should know they don't have to bank with a bank; they can choose a modern mutual instead.
