Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Priory Hospital Ticehurst House. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team and promoting a culture of learning development, inquiry and team vision.

You will work closely with other ward managers to plan and implement quality improvement initiatives across the service, ensure adherence to policy and legislation, complete regular site and organisational audits, act as a role model for others and demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the ward and its resources
  • Ensure standards of care are exceptional
  • Work closely with other ward managers to plan and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to policy and legislation
  • Complete regular site and organisational audits
  • Act as a role model for others
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RMN qualification
  • Current NMC registration with no restrictions on practice
  • 2 years' experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Current training in mentorship
  • Willingness to complete further clinical, managerial and leadership training
  • Excellent organisational and IT skills
  • Proficiency in report writing
