Mental Health Specialist Practitioner

**Job Overview:**
Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist Practitioner to join our team. As a member of our Advice, Support & Access service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health support to children and young people aged 0-25 years.
The successful candidate will have a broad range of experience in dealing with various mental health presentations, worked with children & young people, and have experience of triaging referrals & liaising with other Mental Health services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to hone their skills in the triage of mental health referrals, explore and link with other statutory and non-statutory services, and work with a dedicated and supportive team.
The **Mental Health access team** works within the wider offer of the Just One Number service, a single point of access for the Healthy Child Service and the Speech and Language Therapy Service.
We are offering a competitive salary of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, pro-rata, and a range of benefits including flexible working options.
