Mental Health Care Specialist

Job Overview: A skilled Mental Health Nurse is required to work in a 37.5 hour per week role within a small treatment centre catering to individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care to those struggling with mental illnesses
- BUILD THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH PATIENTS
- Contribute to comprehensive patient assessments
- Lead shifts as needed, ensuring effective team management
Salary and Benefits: $62,000 - $82,000 per annum, inclusive of many benefits aligned with the NHS, free on-site parking, NMC payment in full, enhanced maternity pay, and access to development opportunities.
Nurse Requirements: Hold a Mental Health nursing qualification, be registered with the NMC, have satisfactory references, and have the right to work in the UK.
