Director of IT Sales and Growth

This role is responsible for leading and managing the specialist market sales team within a designated region. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading complex teams, setting strategic direction, and driving results through coaching and leadership. They should be able to negotiate with key decision-makers and create innovative sourcing channels to attract top talent.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, as well as a hybrid working model, flexible start and finish times, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
