Job Summary

Vista Health, a fast-growing business within InHealth Group, seeks an experienced Commercial Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our corporate client base across the UK. This role offers great autonomy and exposure, with commercial responsibility for revenue and margin performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate company values and behaviours
  • Achieve personal monthly KPIs and targets
  • Grow business volumes through lead generation and partnerships
  • Maintain excellent relationships with partners at all levels
  • Identify and develop new income opportunities
  • Liaise with Marketing to support growth initiatives
  • Design and confirm partner system requirements
  • Understand regulatory requirements
  • Analyse key metrics and data to drive performance improvement
  • Construct innovative ideas to enhance Corporate Portfolio performance
  • Improve conversion rates by assessing client journeys
  • Produce weekly and monthly Corporate performance reports
