Kingdom People is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Strategic Business Development Executive in our Rochdale-based team.

This is a permanent position with a 12-week probation period. The salary range is £28,000 to £30,000, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, responding to inquiries, and providing product information and quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies with new and existing customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to drive business growth
  • Handle internal and external correspondence
  • Assist with general office duties

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
