Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources services to the business, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, and must demonstrate knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques. You will also possess strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly successful and established company in Banbury, with regular travel to other UK sites. The estimated salary for this role is £38,000-£44,000 per annum, plus benefits including Life Assurance, Critical Illness Cover, Employer funded Health Cash Plan, EAP scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme, training and development opportunities, 22 days annual leave rising to 26 with service.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Employee Relations
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Providing guidance and support to line managers on employee relations matters.
- Investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances.
- Payroll and HR Administration
- Processing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Administering HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
