Join the Team as a Human Resources Coordinator
The RecruitmentServices group is a healthcare organization with multiple independent hospitals, serving thousands of people. We have over 70 consultants and a team of experienced nurses and support staff.

We are looking for a Generalist HR Advisor to provide guidance and administrative services to our organization. This role will support the Group Head of HR in planning and delivering the HR agenda to drive improvement in our people processes.

To succeed in this position, you should have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, at least one year of experience in HR Generalist and ER Advisor roles, and possess the attributes to model our values of Community, Integrity, Vigour, Innovation, and Compassion. You should also be confident interacting with colleagues, results-driven, and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, day shifts. The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 per annum. We offer competitive pay along with additional benefits such as company pension, private medical insurance, free flu jabs, and free parking.

Key Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
