Human Resources Generalist Specialist

Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their team. This full-time, permanent role will provide vital administrative support across all HR functions, with a strong focus on supporting the training and recruitment needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development:
- Organise and record internal and external training needs
- Conduct HR inductions for new starters and other necessary training
- Implement employee development programs, including work experience and apprenticeships
- Recruitment Support:
- Manage recruitment needs for the organisation
- HR Administration:
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records in HR and time-and-attendance systems
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage multiple HR email boxes and respond to queries from colleagues and managers
- Deputise for the Group HR Business Partner as required
- Strong administrative background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in HR administration processes
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- A valid driving license and ability to travel when required
- Experience with HR systems is desirable
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
- A competitive salary range of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
- 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-15:30
- 23 days holiday plus UK bank holidays, rising to 25 days after five years' service
