Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at RecruitmentServices. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in HR Generalist and ER Advisor roles to support the Group Head of HR in planning and delivering the HR agenda.
About the RoleThis HR role will involve providing advice and administrative services to our organisation, including supporting the development of people processes that drive improvement.
The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, a minimum of one year experience in HR Generalist and ER Advisor roles, and possess the attributes to model our company values of Community, Integrity, Vigour, Innovation, and Compassion.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Group Head of HR in planning and delivering the HR agenda
- Provide advice and administrative services to the organisation
- Contribute to the development of people processes that drive improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in HR Generalist and ER Advisor roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
