Training and Competency Lead

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Training and Competency Lead to join our team at JDE in Banbury. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our competency management system.
Your primary focus will be on delivering hands-on technical training, as well as planning and organising both internal and external training requirements. You will work closely with our Continuous Improvement Manager and Human Resources Business Partner to ensure competency management system development and implementation.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement competency management systems.
- Maintain relationships with external training providers to achieve a value-adding service.
- Update, monitor, and improve Key Performance Indicators related to competence management.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably FMCG.
- Excellent leadership and development skills.
