About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our Sales team. This role will report to our Head of Sales and be responsible for managing key partnerships, scaling our portfolio of high-potential accounts, and driving growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, driving financial growth, marketing efforts, engagement, and satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow key relationships, delivering high-value returns for the business.

  • Lead commercial discussions with account partners to build sustainable, long-term partnerships.

  • Identify key growth opportunities and develop new ways to add value to existing partnerships.

  • Act as an ambassador for the Ocean Bottle mission, brand, and product.

What You'll Get

We're seeking someone with:

  • Previous sales experience managing own sales pipeline and CRM systems.

  • Strong numerical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proposal writing.

  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Great project management skills and ability to manage own time and competing priorities.

  • A data-driven decision-making mentality and phenomenal project manager skills.
